ABOUT Michael Burnham
Michael is a program director at a residential treatment center for at risk youth, and a part-time treat dispenser for his pet dogs and rats.
Growing up in a small town in the Upper Valley region of Vermont inspired Michael to seek artistic expression through writing and recording music, painting cards for friends, and photographing the night sky. Dubbed a "jack of all trades" by many, Michael enjoys taking projects head-on and isn't afraid to try something new like building a fence for his partner's dog boarding facility, or penning a full length thriller novel.
Along with an appetite for all things art, Michael has used his access to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and it's surrounding rivers and lakes to explore an active outdoor lifestyle, one he incorporates into his work and translates into positive life-skills for the children he serves.
Michael is currently seeking representation for his debut novel "If These Flames Could Talk" and is open to adopting another pet rat if you know one!
